High School Gym in Banning, CA (Riverside County)

The gym building at a high school in Riverside County, California had a metal deck and single ply roof. The roof had been repaired several times since installation and roof seams were starting to delaminate. Roof leaks were reported around drains and around rooftop equipment penetrations, onto the new gym floor below.
